"Russia" claims to be the legal successor to the USSR, and since putin worships stalin, and since the kremlin then and now was controlling it all, and since the kremlin signed the deal with hitler to start wwii in Europe, then the trial should be of putin et al for that as well. Why was the Nuremberg Tribunal limited to only one of the two partners?
